 In the topic Drug and Substance the following topics are taught:

 KS3 Year 8 pupils get shown a DVD called ‘Knucklehead’ a story based on a true event a few years ago about a girl who tries different drugs and eventually dies from taking an Ecstasy  tablet. Once they have viewed the film an input is given on drugs and substance misuse.

 KS4 Year 10 pupils, this involves 8 agencies who deliver inputs every half hour on drugs and alcohol abuse. By lunchtime all year 10 pupils would have completed these workshops.

 In the topic Social behaviour and the Community these are the inputs.

 KS3 Year 7 pupils have what is called ‘Kiddo’s Choice’ This is a thirty minute film followed by four workshops (twice) delivered by the magistrates service, youth offending team, Prescoed Prison with a prisoner and the police. This covers the consequences of crime.

 KS4 year 10 pupils have Community Diversity and tackles prejudice and stereotyping. and the law.

 In the Safety topic these are the inputs.

 KS3 year 9 pupils have an input on safety and this is linked in with internet use and paedophiles online.

 KS4 year 11 pupils have a hard hitting input on safe relationships covering the issue of domestic abuse and recognising the signs and who to turn to if on trouble.

 Over the course of an academic year I deliver to over 3,500 pupils in 3 comprehensives and 20 primary schools.
